When you use Ask Nat, the following applies:

  • Conversations you have with Ask Nat are processed by Anthropic's API in order to generate responses. Anthropic's own privacy policy and data handling practices apply to this processing. You can review Anthropic's privacy policy at anthropic.com.

  • Peachly Consulting does not store the content of your Ask Nat conversations on its own systems.

  • Anonymised and aggregated insights from sessions, such as business stage or general marketing challenges, may be used by Peachly Consulting to improve its products and frameworks. No personally identifiable information is used for this purpose.

  • The Marketing Foundations document and Marketing Strategy document generated during your Ask Nat session are produced within the chat interface and downloaded directly by you. Peachly Consulting does not retain copies of these documents.

  • Ask Nat is designed to provide general marketing guidance based on the Kickstart Framework. It does not constitute professional legal, financial or business advice. You are responsible for the decisions you make based on any output it produces.
